| Description: | The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of on-site services including Copy, Mail, Shipping/Receiving, Distribution, Courier Services, Word Processing and Graphics Design to include the management of an on-site team of 10 employees. In order to achieve these objectives, the Project Manager is expected to: enhance customer satisfaction, increase employee engagement and maintain a cost effective and profitable site operation. The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for all client matters. |
| Duties: | • Financial Performance -- Creates forecasts, budgets and revenue estimates; Reviews monthly P&L statements for accuracy; Manages expenses; Analyzes asset performance and expenditures, perform cost accounting tasks, must be able to assist in performing quantitative analyses
• Customer Satisfaction -- Meets regularly with customer contact and other members of the customer's management team; Recommends service enhancements based upon knowledge of customer's business strategy; Maximizes proprietary Quality Management utilization through service quality metrics reviews; Responsible for ensuring that the company and employees are informed about and compliant with all safety processes and regulations, creates and maintains daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Employee Engagement -- Demonstrates exemplary ethical conduct that establishes an atmosphere of trust and support; Recognizes performance through fair and honest merit evaluation and rewards employees for innovation, risk-taking, excellent performance and exceptional efforts to satisfy both internal and external customers; Coaches and counsels to create a positive atmosphere of professionalism and support; provide honest and timely feedback to employees; addresses performance issues with directness and sensitivity; Makes fair and equitable hiring decisions that promote workforce diversity while adhering to all applicable regulations; Oversees training and provides development opportunities; Effectively balances resources to maximize productivity and efficiency

| Qualifications: | • Minimum 5 years proven leadership experience managing a minimum of 10 employees
• Minimum 5 years experience in Digital Print/Reprographics Center required; in multi-service environment preferred (Outsourcing experience a plus)
• Minimum 3 years experience managing Mail services and/or Word Processing services
• Customer relationship building & negotiation skills; problem solver
• Written and verbal communication skills; proven analytical skills
• Planning, prioritization and organizational skills
• Proven experience in achieving financial goals related to revenue and profitability
• Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word/Excel or similar programs required
• Willingness to work "hands-on" in the operation
• Accountability a must
• Ability to administer all applicable Federal, State, Local and Company policies and safety regulations
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Certifications and special training preferred

• Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to pass a background check for a suitability clearance.
• Candidate must also be available to start immediately, or with notice.
• Salary is commensurate with experience level.
