Description:SUMMMARY DESCRIPTION: This position is flexible and based on tasks required to be performed in various areas of contract. Employee is expected to help when work volumes are heavy, or when multiple tasks are presented at the same time. Normal works hours are expected to be 8am to 5pm, however, at times this will change to meet contract requirements but, employee schedule will be 40 hours per week.
Duties:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties will be assigned to meet contract needs.
Mail Center:
• X-ray all incoming mail and courier packages.
• Track and record volumes of mail tubs/trays/parcels
• Receive, sort and deliver mail (including Accountable) and courier packages four times a day and/or as necessary
• Deliver Newspapers are required
• Respond to customer request at service window
• Research mail on a daily basic
• Meter outgoing mail
• Operate basic office equipment, e.g., photocopier, facsimile, multi-line phone/voicemail systems, mailing machines, and minimal computer programs.

Shipping and Receiving:
• Barcode Desktop and laptop Computers
• Move Furniture
• Assemble furniture and chairs
• Maintain control of Shredding Bins
• Do building sweeps to collect excess equipment and or furniture
• Respond to customer needs to office moves or hanging pictures
• Load trucks for transporting government equipment and furniture to the NSF warehouse
• Assisting with school computer donations
• Conference Room Support

• Drive a box truck once a week or as needed

Executive Driver
• Provide executive driving service to the NSF office of the Director as needed including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Assist clients/disabled passengers into and out of vehicle
• Secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs during trip
• Operate radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service, clean and/or service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories, keep records of trips and/or behavior of passengers

•Any other duties as assigned.
• Must have obtained a high school diploma or GED/some college
• Administrative Reading, Writing and Reporting Skills, Knowledge of Mail Center Operations, Microsoft Office Skills, Microsoft Office Excel, Organization, Time Management, Verbal Communication.
• Judgment in choosing the proper procedure for each task.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs, walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Have a valid driver's license, and a clean driver's record
